The color command changes the color of an object. It can either apply a solid color to the object's polygons or, when used with tint, tint a textured or pictured object.

Usage

   color [tint] color [name=]

Arguments

Color
Specifies the color to apply. A color may be given using a color name or a hexadecimal RGB value.(see List of pre-defined color names for more information)
Default: None
Tint
Optional. When used with a textured or pictured object, tint applies the specified color as a tint rather than replacing the texture with a solid color.
Default: None
Name
The name of the object(s) to initiate the command on (see Name for more information)
Default: Current object only

Example

create color red

Colors the object entirely red.

create color FF0000

Also colors the object red, using the hexadecimal RGB value `FF0000`.

activate color name=honeyb yellow 

When the object containing this command is activated, nearby objects named honeyb are changed to yellow.

create texture dirt1, color tint bronze

Creates an object using the dirt1 texture and tints the texture bronze.
