Ground Zero Park Administration Act (2016)

Ground Zero Park Administration Act (2016) is an Act of the Parliament of Palmshire, passed in year 2016, that expressly forbids building or editing within any parts of the Blizzard Ground Zero Park, a park located at the center of Blizzard world, except by any person authorized by the Privy Council.

Long Title

An Act to amend Ground Zero Park Administration Act of 2015 to impose building restriction with the Ground Zero Park.

Preamble

Be it enacted by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Section 1

(1) No persons may build or otherwise edit within any parts of the said park except by the authorization granted through the His Majesty's Honorable Privy Council or the Home Secretary.

(2) Any persons who built on the Ground Zero Park without prior authorization shall be issued a warning on first offense, a five minute suspension upon second offense, and a day-long suspension on third offense, penalties greater than third offense for further offenses to be determined by the arresting officer at his/her discretion.

(3) Any violations exceeding second offense shall be classified as felony with its accompanying penalties as defined in Felony Act of 2015.
