Felony Act

Text of the Act

Preamble - An Act to define an additional penalty for any felony that may be committed.

Any persons convicted of felony offense shall be automatically disqualified from being eligible for any government offices for three month, with additional three month for each subsequent felony.
The Parliament may increase the length of disqualification at its discretion.
The convicted felon shall have a right to one hearing in the Parliament per three month period at request for appeal of his/her conviction.
