Text of the Act

Preamble - An Act to transfer the administration of the Ground Zero Park to the Tourism Board.

Section 1.

The Tourism Board shall assume the administration of the Ground Zero Park.

Section 2.

The Tourism Board shall be responsible for planning and development of the said park.
