Text of the Act
1) An Act to amend the Transport Planning Act of 2015 to add to the responsibilities of the Transport Planning Board the mapping and surveying in the Blizzard world.
2) Transport Planning Board shall meet every second Friday, with first meeting to take place on 21 August 2015, unless the board lacked quorum of at least three members present at the meeting to transact business, in which they shall meet on 4 September 2015.
3) The Transport Planning Act of 2015 is amended to remove the clause providing for the monarch, Prime Minister, and Home Secretary to sit on the board as ex-officio members and shall now only provide that Home Secretary will chair this board, unless he/she shall think it proper to delegate the chair to another board member.
