Text of Act
1) An Act to create a five-member Transport Planning Board to be charged with responsibility of creating and developing plans for transportation systems between cities, including but not limited to Interstate freeways, intercity rail networks, and intercity bus networks.
2) The members of the board shall be appointed by the Sovereign on advice of the Home Secretary.
3) The Home Secretary, Prime Minister and the Sovereign shall be automatically the ex-officio members with voting rights. (amended by Surveying and Mapping Act)
4) Quorum of three members present at meeting is required for the board to transact any business.
