Andy S had incurred fury of the Parliament on more than one occasions in June and July 2011 when he slandered several members of the Parliament including the Prime Minister at the time, the Earl of Arcadia, and the King. Arcadia, then deciding that Stockton should be made to feel wrath of the Parliament, proposed a bill of attainder against Andy S. The bill of attainder against said person was first introduced in the House of Lords by his government on 15 July and was unanimously passed that day. The bill was then passed with almost no debate in the House of Commons on 22 July with 3 ayes with only Lord Gravesend abstaining. It was then granted the Royal Assent the next day by the King, making it the law.
