Mass Renovation Project Plans and Projected Goals
The renovation project is meant to scrap the entirety old city, and rebuild it to reflect a higher standard of quality and build.
Its also aiming to achieve making Summerville feel less like a small town, and more like an actual, functioning city like the original building plans in 2010.
