Bach Zhaa, 1st Viscount Metaville is a member of Parliament and was Prime Minister of Palmshire in 2011. He was former Foreign Secretary in the Duchess of Rochester's Cabinet.
Public life
Lord Metaville is best known for hosting Town Hall meetings and had helped revived AWTours with other people as team, and is currently one of the most prominent Active Worlds citizens.
Political life
Bach Zhaa was created the Viscount Metaville in 4 November 2010 and took up his seat in Parliament on 20 March 2011. He later joined Communist Party on 25 May.
Prime Minister (2011)
After the Duke of Cypress Hollow's government fell, King Legion I asked Metaville to take over as caretaker Prime Minister pending appointment of a new Prime Minister. Metaville accepted and took office in 28 March. His tenure in that office was relatively uneventful and in any event a shortest one at this time for a Prime Minister.
Foreign Secretary
After the Duchess of Rochester came to power as new Prime Minister on 5 April, she offered Metaville the post of Foreign Secretary which he accepted. First crisis to face the Foreign Office following his appointment was the civil war that broke out after Lord Dublin, who was his former Foreign Secretary during his tenure as caretaker Prime Minister, refused to accept Rochester's selection as Prime Minister. The war, while relatively bloodless, proved to be expensive as the military forces has been expanded and the government were buying up arms. In any case, the war finally came to end with armistice less than a month after it started.
Metaville was later dismissed from office on 26 May after Rochester discovered he joined the Communist party, led by her enemy Lord Arcadia (as Lord Dublin is now known by then).
Later political career
Following Arcadia's appointment as Prime Minister on June 26, Metaville accepted appointment as Home Secretary and Chancellor of the Exchequer that day.
