Voluntary Housing System Act

Text of the Act

1) The Act to stipulates that people who are new to building may ask a landlord (builder) to have residence in their house or apartment block, with the property owner's permission.

2) This residence may be temporary or permanent - at the landlord's will, this may grant them limited rights to build inside their apartment or room.
