Text of the Act
Preamble - An Act to make it illegal to violate one’s privacy.
- No person may disclose another person’s real life name without their consent.
- No person may reveal another person’s real life address or phone number without their consent.
- No person may disclose photos of others who have been in Virtual Paradise or on IRC except by their permission. Exception also shall apply if such photos has been shown in the past by the person who took the photos of themselves.
- No person may disclose any of these information described above without their consent in Virtual Paradise Facebook group.
- Any such violations shall be classified as misdemeanor and shall be punished with an imprisonment (suspension) not exceeding a thirty minutes, second offense shall result in imprisonment for a day, with third offense being punished by life imprisonment (permanent ban).
