Text of the Act
Preamble - An Act to fix the quorum for which the Parliament may transact business at its meeting.
- Quorum, defined as a number of members present necessary for the Parliament to transact the business, shall be fixed at three.
- The quorum may be changed by an Act of Parliament at any time.
- Quorum may not be set to a number lower than three and it is strongly recommended that quorum being changed in future should be set to an odd number to avoid voting ties.
