Mars Colony Government Act

Text of the Act

1) An Act to provide for a government in Mars Colony, with

2) executive powers to be vested in the person of Governor, appointed by the Foreign Secretary for five-month term, and

3) the legislative powers to be vested in the Executive Council consisting of Governor, Deputy Governor, and a Councilor, last two members being appointed by Governor with approval by the Foreign Secretary.
