Text of the Act

Preamble - An Act to authorize eminent domain actions as specified to the builds owned by inactive persons.

  1. Any persons entrusted with eminent domain authority shall be authorized to add "visible no radius=10" to interiors of any builds owned by a person who has not been active for a period exceeding 6 month.
