Text of the Act
1) An Act to to formalize the requirements for general election.
2) In order to be a candidate for a parliamentary election, one must be either
- a) owner of properties within Palmshire territories or
- b) holder of a Palmshire citizenship.
3) To be a registered voter in a parliament constituency, one must be a resident or property owner within the said constituency in order to be eligible for voting there.
4) If election is particularly close by margin of one vote, the candidate may request a recount and if the recount is disputed, it may be appealed to the Parliament for a final decision.
