Broadcasting Act

Text of the Act

1.) An Act to establish Palmshire Broadcasting Corporation to provide television service for the entire Kingdom of Palmshire.
2.) The corporation shall be managed by the board of directors composed of five members appointed by the Sovereign on advice of Home Secretary.
3.) The board may elect its chairman and may appoint a chief executive officer to oversee the corporation between board meetings.
