Text of the Act

Preamble - An Act to promote arts and culture.

  1. The Tourism Board shall be authorized to use Virtual Paradise and various medium such as films and images to convey the culture of Virtual Paradise.
  2. The Tourism Board shall be authorized to organize artistic endeavours such as building competitions to promote creative and abstract thinking and to use Virtual Paradise / Palmshire as a medium to express it.
