Text of the Act

Preamble - An Act to make it illegal to harass or stalk a person.

  1. No person may harass or stalk another person in Virtual Paradise or on IRC.
  2. No actions shall be taken by Sheriff, Sheriff’s Deputies, or IRC Moderators except on complaint by a victim.
  3. Sovereign immunity shall not apply in this law.
