One or two peers can represent a state within the republic (at max, there are five between the three states).
Peers are almost entirely, with the exception of New Ave, leaders of a city within the republic that are given a voice in matters involving everybody within the republic as a whole. Since Victoria functions as a confederation, member cities are not forced to obey most Victorian national law over local law even if the national law was passed unanimously, but they are forced to recognize the sovereignty of every member as well as obey Dutch law.

The Victorian Peerage is the de-facto unicameral representative body of Victoria.

Overview

The Victorian legislative body is represented by a group of people known as peers which occupy seats for a member-state.

If a member-state leaves the republic, it's seats in the peerage are forfeited.

Peerage Decisions

Pre-March peerage decisions are not included.
