The Commonwealth of Independent Cities or CoIC is an intergovernmental organisation of 7 member cities.
Overview
The CoIC was created following the immediate dissolution of Victoria by two of the four major members of the former country (the Victorian realms) in response to the decline of nation roleplay as well as wanting a more holistic approach based on an emphasis of improving the experience of VP through the foundation of contributing towards a network of cities united under common infrastructure, lore, and supporting inclusiveness.
