Transport Board Meeting Act

Text of the Act

Preamble - An Act to amend Surveying and Mapping Act of 2015.
1) Transport Planning Board shall meet monthly on second Friday.
2) Transport Planning Board is authorized to change its regular meeting time and date as it desired.
3) Members is also granted right to call a meeting during the interval between scheduled meetings if they feel it necessary.
