Text of the Act

Preamble - An Act to protect Official Secrets.

1. No documents designated Top Secret, Protected, or Confidential may be published for public consumption without permission of the Cabinet.
2. To publish or otherwise provide any information from such marked documents without authorization shall be deemed a felony offense with ban from Parliament and the government for two years as well a $10,000 fine.
