Text of the Act
Preamble - An Act to amend Child Pornography Ban Act of 2015, otherwise known as Anti-CP Act of 2015.
- The Anti-CP Act of 2015 shall be amended to include loli material as among those to be banned by the same Act.
- Any imagery that could be considered child pornography or "child abuse photos", be it drawn or physically taken, shall be illegal. Such imagery rendered as 3D models shall be similarly illegal.
- Any pornographic galleries within Palmshire jurisdictions shall take reasonable measures to prevent minors, defined as anyone below age of 18 for this purpose, from viewing them.
- If real-life content is questionable and the peace officer (defined as any persons serving in any law enforcement agencies such as sheriff's department or IRC moderator agency) who found it is unable to determine whether the model depicted is actually age of eighteen and above or not, the said officer may request another officer to make this determination. If both officers agreed on it being illegal, then it shall be immediately removed. If both officers cannot agree, they may request a third officer to assist in making determination, upon which a majority must agree on the determination.
