Text of the Act

Preamble - An Act to regulate tenures and compensation of the Judges.

  1. All judges appointed shall hold their Offices during good behavior and shall, at stated Times, receive for their Services a Compensation which shall not be diminished during their Continuance in Office.
  2. Compensation shall be given upon official commencement of VP Economy system.
