Text of the Act

Preamble - An Act to control vandalism.

  1. No person may intentionally vandalize any person’s property.
  2. Offender shall be issued a warning on first violation,
    1. a suspension not exceeding a day for second violation,
    2. a suspension not exceeding three days for third violation,
    3. a permanent ban for fourth violation.
  3. All violations shall be entered into each person’s criminal records by peace officers and shall be classified as a felony.
