Attainder for SirGreendown was a bill of attainder, passed during the reign of King Legion I in 2015, against the person of SirGreendown, which was subsequently reversed by Statute Revision Act, passed two years later in 2017.
Text of the Act
Preamble - An Act to declare SirGreendown attainted.
- The said person shall be deprived of his civil liberties.
- He may not own any property within Palmshire or pass it to anyone through will or testament. Any property he owned in Palmshire shall revert to the Crown.
- He may not receive any peerage titles and any peerage titles he hold, if any, shall be forfeited.
- He shall be further barred from holding a seat in either Houses of Parliament and from holding any Government offices. He shall be deprived of right to vote in elections.
- He shall be deprived of his “life” as though he shall not be recognized by anyone in Palmshire.
