TRON Lightcycle Power Run was a planned attraction to be located in Blizzard's Ground Zero Park. It was first developed as a bare-bones prototype for ActiveWorlds several years prior, having been shelved because of that platform's limitations. It was eventually re-purposed for Virtual Paradise, owing to the graphical benefits and cell data capacity of the latter platform.
