The Retreat is a smart housing project developed by GSK.
The Retreat is a modern six story masterpiece with elements of biophilic design throughout, featuring four above ground levels and two basement levels, all accessible from an elevator located in the center of the main complex. Visitors with a House Account can access certain areas of The Retreat depending on their permissions level, ranging from three options: House Guest, House Regular, and House Resident.
Notable features of The Retreat include an outdoor stage, exercise room, cinema, fire pit, housewide stereo system, and a boat dock with a nearby lighthouse.
