Vandalism Control Act is an Act of the Parliament of Palmshire, passed in year 2015, that expressly forbids vandalism and prescribed penalties for such offenses.

An Act to Control Vandalism.
Preamble
- Be it enacted by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

- (1) No person may intentionally vandalize any person’s property.
- (2) Offender shall be issued a warning on first violation,
- (a) a suspension not exceeding a day for second violation,
- (b) a suspension not exceeding three days for third violation,
- (c) a permanent ban for fourth violation.
- (3) All violations shall be entered into each person’s criminal records by peace officers and shall be classified as a felony.
