Preamble - An Act to regulate submission of requests for models and textures in Blizzard and Mars.
# All Palmshire citizens shall be entitled to submit a request for model or texture for Blizzard world to [[Privy Council of Palmshire|His Majesty’s Honorable Privy Council]].
# Privy Council shall then determine which request shall be given priority and to send the priority list to the [[Parliament of Palmshire|Parliament]] for approval as Object Budget.
# Once a request is approved by the Parliament, the Privy Council shall then put out a request for any professionals to produce a model or texture approved by Parliament. Upon commencement of VPEcon in regular operation, Privy Council is authorized to initiate a 30-day bidding process for such item(s) with maximum bidding price to be set in Object Budget bill approved by Parliament. The Privy Council shall decide on which one is to receive the contract by vote.
# The Privy Council shall be directed to accept only low-poly models, which is to be defined by an Order-in-Council issued by the same body.
