== Text of the Act ==

Preamble - An Act to control flooding in chat.
#No person may flood on Virtual Paradise chat, including IRC chat, exceeding fifteen lines.
#Offender shall be issued a warning on first violation,
##a suspension not exceeding five minutes on second violation,
##a suspension not exceeding fifteen minutes on third violation, and
##a permanent ban from both world in which they committed violation in and IRC upon fourth violation.
#All violations committed for this per each person shall be entered into each person’s criminal records by the sheriff, sheriff’s deputies, or IRC administrators and shall be classified as misdemeanor.
#IRC Administrators for this purpose shall be designated peace officers with same authority as the sheriff and sheriff’s deputies.
#IRC Administrators, sheriff, and sheriff's deputies shall be granted discretion to decide whether to file a charge based on circumstances.
#All convictions may be appealed to the Parliament.
