Text of the Act
Long Title
- An Act to create a three-member committee of the Privy Council to administer the education within Palmshire.
Preamble
- Be it enacted by the King's most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
Section 1 - Education Committee of the Privy Council
- (1) The members of the committee shall be appointed by the Sovereign on advice of Home Secretary for a three-month term.
Section 2 - Educational Institutions, Blizzard Community College, and VPSchool
- (1) No schools, colleges, universities, or academies may be operated without a Royal Charter to be issued by His Majesty’s Privy Council upon advice from its education committee
- (a) No degrees awarded by any institutions in Palmshire established without a Royal Charter shall be recognized.
- (2) An educational institution shall be established under name Blizzard Community College on Wilshire Boulevard in Downtown Blizzard
- (a) The Blizzard Community College shall be directly administered by the Education committee of the Privy Council.
