Cannaville is a city in Blizzard as well as the fourth city to join Victoria.
Overview
Founded by Tardyllamma in December 2016, much of Cannaville is themed after an appreciation towards cannabis, going straight down to the city's name, as well as an appreciation towards soliders. It was the first city to unilaterally withdraw itself from the Victorian Republic for a brief moment due to disagreements between the city and the other three members, but quickly rejoined under a new treaty. It's also the only other member-state beyond the capital city to have it's own flag.
Cannaville is surrounded by New Atlanta to the south.
