Text of the Act
Preamble - An Act to promote arts and culture.
- The Tourism Board shall be authorized to use Virtual Paradise and various medium such as films and images to convey the culture of Virtual Paradise.
- The Tourism Board shall be authorized to organize artistic endeavours such as building competitions to promote creative and abstract thinking and to use Virtual Paradise / Palmshire as a medium to express it.
