Text of the Act
Preamble - An Act to regulate air travel and its facilities.
- Authority over air travel shall be assumed by the His Majesty's Honorable Privy Council.
- The same body shall be authorized to plan and construct airports including, but not limited to, landing strips and international airports.
- The provisions herein described above shall apply only to the territories belonging to the Kingdom of Palmshire.
