World settings presets

Night world settings for Blizzard world (Windows)

1. Download this file first; Recommended that it be placed in a folder under Virtual Paradise install directory, possibly named "presets"
2. Go to Options -> Settings and check the box next to "Show Debug Menu" under General tab and click OK. (Despite the popup dialog that appeared, restart is not required)
3. Go to Debug -> Load world settings from file
4. Find the file you downloaded and then click Open; Tada! Night has fallen.

(Note: It is also recommended that you go to Graphics tab in Settings and max out "Maximum Lights" to 32 for good results. This also will not require restart.)

Night world settings for Blizzard world (Mac)

1. Download this file first; Recommended that it be placed in a folder under Virtual Paradise install directory, possibly named "presets"

1. Hold alt / options
2. Click Virtual Paradise at the top near the apple logo
3. Go to Debug -> Load world settings from file
4. Find the file you downloaded and then click Open; Tada! Night has fallen.

Note: It is also recommended that you set maximum number of lights to 32 for good results. To get this, do the following steps:

1. Go on Finder,
2. Then hold the Alt/Option key and select 'Go' from the taskbar, Library should appear,
3. Click the Library and go down to Preferences,
4. And then find 'Virtual Paradise Preferences' and put in max_lights=32 there.
