Text of the Act

Preamble - An Act to regulate air travel and its facilities.

  1. Authority over air travel shall be assumed by the His Majesty's Honorable Privy Council.
  2. The same body shall be authorized to plan and construct airports including, but not limited to, landing strips and international airports.
  3. The provisions herein described above shall apply only to the territories belonging to the Kingdom of Palmshire.
