Text of the Act

1) An Act to direct the His Majesty’s Government to develop plans for creating the Downtown Blizzard Authority.

2) The plan is to be submitted to the Parliament for the approval.

3) The plan, once approved by the Parliament, shall be accompanied by a Royal Charter creating the said organization.
