Civil Service Act
Text of the Act
1) An Act to authorize the Secretaries of State to appoint civil servants to assist them in carrying out the responsibilities associated with their office/department.
2) Secretaries of State are authorized to delegate certain responsibilities to these civil servants.
3) Civil servants may not be dismissed without a notice and that they have right to appeal their dismissal to the Parliament.
4) Prime Minister and Chancellor of the Exchequer are given same authorization as the Secretaries of State concerning appointment of civil servants to assist them in carrying out responsibilities of their respective offices/departments.
5) Governor of Mars Colony shall be granted a right to appeal their dismissal to the Parliament.
6) Any dismissals of colonial officials by Governor in turn may be appealed to the Foreign Secretary who may order an investigation and appoint a board of inquiry to carry it out.
