Text of the Act
1.) An Act to amend the Tourism Act of 2015 to provide that the Tourism Board will meet every second Saturday.
2.) First board meeting shall be on 5 September 2015, unless the board lacked quorum of at least three members present at the meeting to transact business, in which they shall meet on 12 September 2015.
3.) Tourism Act of 2015 is amended to remove the clause providing for the monarch, Prime Minister, and Home Secretary to sit on the board as ex-officio members and will now only provide that Home Secretary will chair this board, unless he/she shall think it proper to delegate the chair to another board member.
