Text of the Act
1) An Act to provide the provisions for the regency in the event the present heir, Sarah de la Cueva, ascends to the Palmshire throne before age of 18
2) The 1st Duke of Cypress-Hollow shall be appointed the Regent to rule the Kingdom in her name with the Regency Council. He shall be required to take a oath in presence of the Privy Council prior to assuming this office.
3) The Regency Council shall be composed of the Regent, the Prime Minister, and the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
4) There shall be the following restrictions on the Regent's powers for one month:
- a) The Regent may not dismiss the existing ministers including the Prime Minister
- b) May not create peerages except for members of the Royal Family.
