- 27 - Begun construction on Morningwood Lane extension.
- 31 - Named the mostly 4-lane road running along the south-north route past Hicks Tower, Blizzard Arena, and to cube3 hotel-casino project the Sunset Boulevard.

- 02 - Widened section of road in West Blizzard between BNR rail terminal and Legion's skyscraper lot to 3 lane.
- 02 - Replaced the road island section in West Blizzard's Industrial District between VP Brewery and Chris D's warehouse with 4-lane section.
- 02 - Repaved the section of Industrial Drive in West Blizzard's Industrial District between Chris D's warehouse and Legion's skyscraper lot; Added parallel parking space next to it.
