Text of the Act

Preamble - An Act to prescribe the judicial procedure for overseas territories of the Kingdom of Palmshire.

  1. Any suits against any colonial officials or any laws enacted in colonies shall be made to the Privy Council.
  2. Majority votes is required for any decisions. In the event of ties, the Lord President of the Privy Council shall cast the deciding vote.
  3. Privy Council's decisions regarding any cases originating from the colonies shall not be appealed except to the Parliament.
