New page

== Resources ==
* Iron ore
*

== Random map ==
There are few settings for random map that Game Administrator can set:
*Rainfall
*Rockiness
*Difficulty
*Native life-forms

=== Rainfall ===
Rainfall is one of important factors that determines what type of climate and terrain you will get for the planet.

*Low value would make the planet largely barren, with almost no vegetation, mainly deserts and dry terrains, or oceans akin to Mars.
*Moderate value would allow for planets with terrain and climate as varied as Earth.
*High value would make it extremely wet, covered heavily by oceans, with lands are mostly covered with marshes, jungles, and similar terrain. Also expect to see oceans to be extremely large.

=== Rockiness ===
Rockiness setting determines how much mountains, hills and elevated landforms you are likely to find.

*Low value would make planet almost flat, with few hills.
*Moderate value allows for varied landscapes, with right mix of mountains/hills and plains.
*High value meant most of lands would be heavily mountainous and hilly.

=== Difficulty ===
This setting generally determines various factors affecting difficulty, such as tendency towards negative bad events.

* Easy
* Moderate
* High

=== Native life-forms ===
This setting controls frequency of native life-forms on the map. This affects difficulty, because certain native life-forms are dangerous (see Native Life-forms section below)

== Native Life-forms ==
=== Flora ===
Though there are many type of planet life on planets in this game, most dominant form of plant life are xenofungus and sea fungus which occupies a tile, land and sea respectively. The tile it occupies cannot be used for bases, tends to spawn dangerous mind worm boils (See "Fauna" below), and are difficult to move through. It does have an useful property - a ground or sea unit can hide in them and are invisible to detection by all other factions unless they actually move a unit into that tile or have sensor array nearby. Also unit attacked in them get defensive bonus, unless attacking unit is mind worms, human-bred or "wild".

However, as human factions researches tech, it can make use of those tiles. If a Base is built near it, it can be harvested for resource bonus it provides or use as defensive barrier.
